SealTech, Inc. is your trusted, locally owned, insured, and operated asphalt paving and maintenance company. It is our mission to provide high quality and sustaining services.

SealTech, Inc. provides a variety of services to meet the needs of a wide range of customers. From large corporations to city streets, to residential homes, SealTech, Inc. provides what is needed to maintain and extend the life of your asphalt. We make it our top priority not only to meet your expectations, but to exceed them.

When our customers look good, so do we!  We are equipped to partner with property management companies to do whatever it takes to make the asphalt look its best and extend its life. Offering services such as crack repair, asphalt patching, seal coating and striping allows us to provide the comprehensive care that property managers need.

“Minnesota Nice” is in our genes and we like to take care of our friends and neighbors throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. We know how important it is to protect one of the biggest financial investments for most families, our homes. By consistently maintaining your asphalt, it will greatly extend its life. It is our sincere pleasure to help you protect your investment by providing a variety of residential services, such as seal coating and crack repair.

Having a well-maintained community is fundamental. We have established relationships with numerous municipalities and townships to assist with keeping our streets, bike trails and parking lots looking well cared for and safe. We guarantee detailed and efficient services because customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Our Business

SealTech, Inc. was started and is currently being managed by Dustin and Mary Westlund. It all started back in 2007 when they had their first driveway crack repaired and seal coated. The company did a horrible job and left them stuck. It was in this moment that they decided they could be, not only better than that company, but they could really make a positive impact in the industry. What could have been just a horrible situation has ultimately turned into a successful business!

Asphalt paving and maintenance is a personal passion for Dustin. He has spent countless hours researching products and equipment wanting to provide the most cost-efficient yet high quality product to his customers. Dustin is directly active in the business by supervising the crews, providing guidance to employees and personally working on jobs. He also enjoys hunting, ice fishing and spending time with his wife, Mary.

Mary never thought her path in life would lead her to an asphalt paving and maintenance career. She is a social service professional with over 25 years of experience working with people in need and management.  She handles the bidding, contracting, book work, and overall management for SealTech, Inc. She enjoys spending time with family/friends, reading, and caring for their dog.

SealTech, Inc. was incorporated in the spring of 2008. Since then, the company has continued to grow and expand their services. Dustin and Mary never want to leave one of their customers the way they were left back in 2007 with poor service and work. It is our top priority to provide quality services which lead to outstanding customer satisfaction.
