If left to the elements, asphalt can quickly deteriorate over time. SealTech, Inc. offers a spectrum of asphalt maintenance services, making us the only company you need to care for and maintain your asphalt.

We work directly with our customers offering affordable solutions to their specific asphalt needs. Regular asphalt maintenance will not only make properties look great, but it will also protect your investment.

What is seal coating?

Seal coating is a protective layer of liquid asphalt applied over the surface of the pavement. It helps to prevent damage from UV rays, water, oil, and other common contaminants that cause increased wear and tear.

SealTech, Inc. uses top quality commercial sealer to ensure outstanding performance. It is important to us that our work outlasts our competitors and your investment stays protected.

We recommend seal coating every 2 to 3 years, depending on average usage and weather conditions.

Resurfacing

When the asphalt has worn down or developed extensive damage, resurfacing may be necessary. This involves adding a new layer of asphalt over the existing surface. Resurfacing improves the appearance and smoothness of the pavement without completely removing the old layer.
