Maintaining your asphalt with SealTech, Inc. will double the life of your investment. Seal Coating protects the asphalt from oxidation, moisture and chemicals. If left untreated, asphalt will quickly deteriorate.

Cracks develop when the pavement expands and contracts with seasonal temperature changes. Cracks allow moisture to penetrate under the asphalt causing damage to the base. This damage will lead to more cracks, pot holes, sink holes, premature failure, destabilization and extensive damage. It's important to repair cracks in driveways, parking lots, roads and trails to prevent future damage. SealTech, Inc. believes routing out cracks and sealing them with reliable product is the best way to prevent future damage.

Unfortunately, potholes happen. Asphalt damage can occur from a variety of sources. Some of those examples are heavy traffic, unstable base, poor drainage or more commonly a lack of preventative care. Depending on the damage to the asphalt and the budget available, SealTech, Inc. will work with each customer to determine the best form of patching to meet their needs.
